MISERY CLUB SHIPPING POLICY

You ordered something from Misery Club. First of all, thank you. Second of all, here's how we'll get it from our weird little corner of the internet to your doorstep.


PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–5 working days.

Some items may take longer if they're:

  • Made to order

  • Personalised

  • Part of a limited release

  • Being assembled during a minor existential crisis

If there are any significant delays, we'll let you know.


UK SHIPPING

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Service Estimated Delivery
Standard Delivery 2–5 Working Days
Tracked Delivery 1–3 Working Days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Royal Mail occasionally has plans of its own.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We happily ship to many countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery times vary by location but generally range from:

  • Europe: 5–14 working days

  • North America: 7–21 working days

  • Rest of World: 7–28 working days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges imposed by their country.

Unfortunately, we don't control customs. If we did, we'd probably be doing something else.


TRACKING

Where tracking is available, you'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Technology can be dramatic.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional postage before they can be resent.


LOST PARCELS

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

A parcel may not be considered lost until:

  • 10 working days after the expected delivery date (UK orders)

  • 20 working days after the expected delivery date (international orders)

We'll investigate with the carrier and work towards a resolution.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage

We'll assess the situation and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


MULTIPLE ITEMS

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Don't panic. The rest is probably on its way.


DELIVERY DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather events

  • Industrial action

  • Public holidays

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

We'll always do our best to help if delays occur.
